In order to continuously optimize and improve the business environment, the county established five inspection teams to carry out special inspections on the party organizations of 31 units that are mainly responsible for optimizing the business environment. A total of 109 problems were found in 11 aspects, such as weak atmosphere for optimizing the business environment, weak promotion of “deregulation and service” reform, and inadequate adjustment of institutional reform functions, so as to further understand the current situation of the business environment in the county. In view of the problems found in the patrol inspection, the county immediately dispatched patrol cadres and business backbones of relevant units to jointly participate in the establishment of the optimization office, comprehensively study and judge the existing problems of 12 primary evaluation indicators, further refine the division of labor, clarify the leading unit, responsible unit, responsible leader, leader in charge and direct responsible person, and study and solve the problems one by one, Formulate problem rectification plans and optimization and improvement plans respectively. At the same time, it has successively studied, formulated and issued incentive and accountability systems, and strengthened accountability for typical problems such as “buck passing”, “idleness and procrastination”. Up to now, four typical cases of damage to the business environment have been investigated and dealt with, four circulars have been issued, nine letters and visits have been accepted, and relevant problems and clues have been transferred to functional departments such as the County Commission for Discipline Inspection and supervision according to regulations.
