It is reported that the standard was proposed and developed by the data branch of China Automobile Industry Association, led by Shanghai motor vehicle testing and Certification Technology Research Center Co., Ltd., and cooperated with the national industrial information security development research center, SAIC GM Wuling Automobile Co., Ltd., Beijing horizon Technology Co., Ltd The standard was drafted by Guangzhou Automobile Industry Group Co., Ltd. and other participating units and prepared jointly with industry forces. The standard will be officially implemented from December 1, 2021.
It is reported that the data collection and return of intelligent networked vehicles is an inevitable trend of the development of the industry. However, at present, there is no unified format requirement for the data collected by intelligent networked vehicles in China. This document specifies the general requirements, format and definition of intelligent networked vehicle data, which is conducive to guiding the data desensitization of enterprises.
This standard is based on the requirements of intelligent networked vehicle data acquisition and application, and unifies the data format according to the data that can be collected by various on-board sensors of intelligent networked vehicle. This standard also addresses the desensitization principle and the requirements for protecting personal privacy anonymity mentioned in several provisions on automobile data security management jointly issued by five ministries and commissions, so as to provide guidance for enterprises in data processing and ensure that relevant data fields will not touch national security, public security and personal privacy security.
The technical architecture of intelligent networked vehicle data format and definition is mainly divided into four parts, including scope, terms and definitions, general requirements, data structure and definitions.
The definition is conducive to steadily promote the opening and sharing of automotive industry data, provide reference and reference for all parties in the intelligent networked automotive data industry chain, improve the data circulation efficiency in the automotive industry on the premise of ensuring data security, and help enterprises to mine the value contained in industrial data in compliance and safety.
At present, the data branch of China Automobile Industry Association has completed the project approval of two standards: the guide for data security assessment of intelligent networked vehicles and the technical requirements and methods for desensitization of vehicle transmission video and image in September. At this stage, the first drafts of the above two standards have been prepared.
