According to the user requirements specification for the overall development plan of Zhuhai Hezhou New Area in the bidding document, Hezhou new area is connected with Hong Kong and Macao by land. It is the support area, extension area, expansion area and coordination area of Hengqin Guangdong Macao deep cooperation zone. It is responsible for providing coordination and supporting services for the cooperation zone, exploring new cooperation modes between Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, building Macao Zhuhai poles It is a major task to promote the integration and interactive development of the East and West wings of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Great Bay area.
