Sheng Guoqing, chief statistician of the city Department of the National Bureau of statistics, interpreted the relevant data, saying that in November, the sales price of commercial housing in 70 large and medium-sized cities continued to decline month on month, and the year-on-year increase continued to fall.

The sales prices of new commercial houses and second-hand houses in all line cities decreased month on month. It is estimated that in November, the sales price of new commercial houses in first tier cities was flat month on month. Among them, Beijing and Shanghai increased by 0.3% and 0.2% month on month respectively, Guangzhou decreased by 0.6%, and Shenzhen was flat. The sales price of second-hand houses in first tier cities decreased by 0.2% month on month, 0.2 percentage points lower than that in the previous month. Among them, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen decreased by 0.2%, 0.1%, 0.5% and 0.2% month on month respectively. The sales prices of new commercial houses and second-hand houses in second tier cities decreased by 0.4% month on month, with a decline of 0.2 and 0.1 percentage points respectively over the previous month. The sales price of new commercial housing in the third tier cities decreased by 0.3% month on month, the same as that in the previous month; The sales price of second-hand houses decreased by 0.4% month on month, an increase of 0.1 percentage points over the previous month.

The year-on-year increase in sales prices of new commercial houses and second-hand houses in all line cities continued to fall. It is estimated that in November, the sales prices of new commercial houses and second-hand houses in first tier cities increased by 4.8% and 5.8% respectively year-on-year, down 0.2 and 0.9 percentage points respectively from the previous month. The sales prices of new commercial houses and second-hand houses in second tier cities increased by 3.3% and 2.0% respectively year-on-year, down 0.4 and 0.5 percentage points respectively from the previous month. The sales prices of new commercial houses and second-hand houses in third tier cities increased by 1.4% and 0.5% respectively year-on-year, down 0.4 and 0.5 percentage points respectively from the previous month.
