Among them, the statistical method of complaint reporting has been greatly changed, from inputting the complaint handling results to inputting the case problem types and specific problems one by one according to the complaint cases.
At the same time, next year's information statistics will also add statistics on the procurement methods of framework agreements, the publication of procurement information such as procurement intention disclosure and procurement contracts, as well as the setting of centralized procurement institutions.
In view of the above changes, the Ministry of finance requires all regions and departments to fill in accurately according to the new caliber; It is necessary to urge the subordinate budget units to be unified as far as possible, and all government procurement projects, secret related procurement projects and emergency procurement projects carried out due to epidemic situations, major disasters and other reasons that apply the Bidding Law shall be included in the scope of statistics; We should deeply mine statistical data, comprehensively analyze the implementation of procurement work, timely verify and focus on the analysis of abnormal changes in data, and strengthen the analysis and utilization of statistical data to provide accurate data support for asset management, budget performance evaluation and departmental budget preparation.
