It is understood that in order to implement the relevant requirements of the measures for the administration of government procurement review experts and the Interim Measures for the administration of government procurement agencies, and further strengthen the supervision of government procurement review experts and agencies, the Ministry of Finance drafted the notice on the performance evaluation of government procurement agencies and review experts (Trial) and evaluation indicators. It is proposed that purchasers and procurement agencies who select experts from the evaluation expert database of the Ministry of Finance shall evaluate the performance of the responsibilities of evaluation experts in the government procurement credit evaluation system within 5 working days after the end of the evaluation activities. The review experts in the review expert database of the Ministry of Finance shall evaluate the performance of the procurement agency organizing the procurement activity in the government procurement credit evaluation system within 5 working days after the review activity. In terms of specific evaluation indicators, the performance evaluation indicators for government procurement review experts include 19 indicators in three aspects: business ability, review discipline and professional quality, and the performance evaluation indicators for government procurement agencies include 17 indicators in three aspects: procurement document preparation quality, review activity organization and professional quality.
