First, steadily develop biomass power generation and optimize the development layout of biomass power generation. Second, actively develop biomass energy clean heating. Reasonably develop biomass boiler heating with agricultural and forestry biomass and biomass briquette fuel as fuel, and encourage the use of large and medium-sized boilers for central heating in rural, urban and other population gathering areas. Third, accelerate the development of biological natural gas. In major planting and breeding counties such as main grain producing areas and livestock and poultry breeding concentrated areas, plan and build a biological natural gas project with an annual output of 10 million cubic meters, form a diversified application mode integrated into natural gas pipe network and urban gas pipe network, and promote the development of biological natural gas industrialization.
