At the same time of policy “expansion”, considering that the bonded display business of industrial products generally has high requirements for customs clearance time limit, Tianjin Customs is still continuously optimizing its business process. For qualified and reputable enterprises, support independent filing, and record and display the details of the entry, exit and storage of goods, so as to improve the efficiency of customs clearance. Enterprises can also choose various guarantee methods such as deposit and bank guarantee to further reduce costs. At the same time, the maximum period of bonded exhibition is extended from 6 months to 2 years, which is convenient for enterprises to carry out business in other places.
After the transaction of the display products of this foreign trade enterprise, it took only one week to complete the relevant procedures. Up to now, Tianjin Customs has carried out bonded exhibition and trading business with more than 140 tickets, with a value of about 80 million yuan. Recently, the Tianjin Port Co.Ltd(600717) bonded area and the comprehensive bonded area were merged, and all foreign trade enterprises registered and filed by the customs in the new Tianjin Port Co.Ltd(600717) bonded area can carry out bonded exhibition and trading business. At present, Tianjin Customs, together with the Municipal Bureau of Commerce and the management committees of various functional zones, interprets policies for enterprises, and provides strong support for the establishment of Tianjin’s manufacturing industry and the cultivation of new economic growth points.
