Recently, Xiamen enterprise Kehua Data Co.Ltd(002335) signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Guangzhou Hengyun. Kehua Data Co.Ltd(002335) agree to participate in Guangzhou Hengyun Energy Storage Technology Co., Ltd., which is wholly-owned by Guangzhou Hengyun. The two sides will focus on the new energy storage market and jointly develop energy storage projects in South China.
Chen Chenghui, chairman of Kehua Data Co.Ltd(002335) said that Kehua Data Co.Ltd(002335) has advantages in smart power, data center and new energy. In the future, the two sides will carry out more in-depth cooperation in new energy products, technologies and markets, promote the transformation of energy structure and contribute to the achievement of the national dual carbon goal.
It is reported that Guangzhou Hengyun Energy Storage Technology Co., Ltd. will be committed to the commercial application of new energy storage technology. Starting from the investment and operation power generation side and power grid side, it will study the core energy storage technology, produce the core energy storage equipment, and provide users with energy storage integrated solutions.
