Straw mulching in tea garden is conducive to soil and water conservation, regulating ground temperature and controlling weeds. Turning rotten straw into soil can effectively increase the content of soil organic matter. This not only effectively solves the problem of straw incineration pollution, but also protects the soil activity, improves the quality of Cuilan tea in Yuexi, and ensures the ecological organic planting of tea. At present, Yuexi County has used 500 tons of straw and carried out a pilot project of covering more than 500 mu of tea gardens.
