Chongqing Wanli New Energy Co.Ltd(600847) announced that Chongqing Wanli New Energy Co.Ltd(600847) board of directors received the resignation report submitted by Mr. Mo Tianquan on February 28, 2022. For personal reasons, Mr. Mo Tianquan proposed to resign from his position as chairman of the company, director, convener of the strategy committee of the board of directors, member of the remuneration and assessment committee, member of the nomination committee and member of the audit committee. Mr. Mo Tianquan’s resignation will not cause the number of members of the board of directors of the company to be lower than the legal minimum and will not affect the normal operation of the board of directors of the company.
