The announcement shows that at present, the members of Yang Guang Co.Ltd(000608) the ninth board of directors include non independent directors Zhou Lei (Chairman), Xiong Wei, Chang Liming and Zhang Zhifei; Independent directors Liu Pingchun, Zhang Li and Guo leiming. These seven directors jointly form the ninth board of directors of the company for a term of three years.
