Hannah group, a well-known auto parts supplier in South Korea, signed a contract with Suzhou New District Hi-Tech Industrial Co.Ltd(600736) District Management Committee “cloud” on the 25th to increase capital by more than 1 billion yuan to expand the production capacity of Suzhou factory.
Hannah group has been in Suzhou for 20 years. It has successively invested and built many subsidiaries in Suzhou New District Hi-Tech Industrial Co.Ltd(600736) District, such as Wandu chassis parts (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. and hannak Ruidong Electronics (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. The capital increase is divided into two parts. One part is used for Wandu chassis parts (Suzhou) Co., Ltd., which plans to invest more than 100 million yuan to build a new energy vehicle production line in 2022. The second part is for hannaco Ruidong Electronics (Suzhou) Co., Ltd., which plans to invest in the construction of phase III plant in 2022 to further expand the Chinese market, with a total investment of more than 900 million yuan.
Statistics show that the total sales of the above two companies under Hannah group exceeded 5 billion yuan in 2021. In 2022, with the increase of investment, the total sales are expected to exceed 6.5 billion yuan.
Up to now, Suzhou New District Hi-Tech Industrial Co.Ltd(600736) district has 48 Korean funded enterprises with a total investment of nearly 700 million US dollars, covering new generation information technology, auto parts, general equipment manufacturing, electrical machinery and other industries.
