Recently, Shanghai M&G Stationery Inc(603899) Qingdao company successfully settled in Shandong University International Industrial Park, Qingdao high tech Zone. As a world leading industrial park dedicated to being built by the University, government and enterprises, Shandong University International Industrial Park is leading the innovative development of enterprises with its outstanding advantages of industry university research platform. It is reported that the park has been attracting investment since 2019. Up to now, more than 100 high-tech enterprises have been introduced, and a number of headquarters enterprises such as Shengmu technology and manatee technology have also settled in the park. In 2022, the park will start the construction of enterprise development land with a total construction area of about 100000 square meters, which is expected to attract more than 60 enterprises.
According to LV Rui, assistant general manager of Shandong University International Industrial Park, Shanghai M&G Stationery Inc(603899) Qingdao company successfully settled in the park, largely based on the biggest platform advantage of the park – Shandong University. “Shandong University International Industrial Park is jointly built by Shandong University, Qingdao high tech Zone Management Committee and Zhongding Beite group. The project was officially launched in 2016 and began to attract investment in 2019.” LV Rui said that as the biggest platform advantage for the development of the park, Shandong University provides favorable industrial support to enterprises in the park from seven aspects: providing training, transporting talents and the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
LV Rui said that in recent years, Qingdao high tech Zone has paid special attention to the deep integration of industry, University and research, and combined enterprises, universities and scientific research institutions to transform scientific research achievements, so as to promote the high-quality development of the park. Since its formal establishment, Shandong University International Industrial Park has taken the scientific research resources of Shandong University as a major characteristic highlight of the development of the industrial park, enabling and adding value to the development of enterprises through resources such as talents, technology R & D and achievement transformation of colleges and universities.
As the scientific research transformation base of Shandong University, Shandong University has continuously carried out two-way input of talents and intelligence since the start of the park. In the later stage of the park, an innovation and entrepreneurship base of Shandong University will be established to incubate and develop small and micro enterprises.
LV Rui told reporters that as a supporting platform for enterprise development, Shandong University International Industrial Park has built eight service platforms to help enterprises save operating costs and improve enterprise benefits by customizing the exclusive policies of the park. In the process of enterprise development, in addition to providing industrial and commercial tax services, policy services and market promotion services, Shandong University International Industrial Park attaches particular importance to human resources and social public services, “According to the talent needs of enterprises in the park, we provide assistance services in the application for talent introduction and settlement, talent housing, application for preferential policies for children’s enrollment, etc. for those who meet the talent introduction policies of the high tech Zone.” In the future, the park will also continue to provide a comfortable development environment for settled enterprises, build a full life cycle industrial chain from innovation and entrepreneurship, science and innovation headquarters to intelligent manufacturing, and promote the coordinated development of industries and cluster development.
