During the interview, the reporter of Securities Daily learned that Shandong Delisi Food Co.Ltd(002330) of the prefabricated vegetable track has been vigorously arranged in the past two years. At present, its new prefabricated vegetable production capacity has been put into operation. On February 25, Shandong Delisi Food Co.Ltd(002330) non-public offering of new shares was listed. The fixed increase of the company was highly sought after by the market, and the issue price was nearly 40% higher than the base price. When a new product comes out, it may be imitated soon. Therefore, it becomes more important to do a good job in prefabricated dishes, solve the core technical problems in R & D, develop things that others can’t easily imitate, and get out of the red sea with serious product homogenization.”
According to the relevant person in charge of the above-mentioned cities’ governments, the reason why cities can vigorously develop the prefabricated vegetable industry into a level among the forefront of China in recent years is also closely related to R & D. For example, Zhucheng carried out strategic cooperation with Jiangnan University, strengthened the enterprise platform, expanded the industrial cluster, and built an industrial system covering more than 400 varieties and more than 1200 varieties of eight major cuisines in China. “After the establishment of the industrial alliance, we will also rely on the strength of R & D institutions to insert scientific and technological wings into the prefabricated vegetable industry.”

However, with the strengthening of national supervision on food safety and the continuous introduction of industry norms by relevant departments, the prefabricated vegetable industry will tend to be large-scale and standardized in the future.
Bai Wenxi, chief economist of IPG China, also said in an interview with Securities Daily that the focus and focus of the industry in the future should be to establish industry standards, improve food safety and improve the supporting cold chain and thermal insulation logistics system to improve the experience and consumption intention of prefabricated vegetables.
However, a single tree cannot grow into a forest. Wu Daiqi believes that after the formation of industrial clusters in the prefabricated vegetable industry, it can help and promote the establishment of industrial standards. After the establishment of Shandong prefabricated vegetable industry alliance, it is proposed to further expand leading enterprises, improve the level of scientific and technological research and development, improve the industry standard system, strengthen quality supervision, deepen industrial integration, and explore more “Zhucheng schemes” for the development of Shandong prefabricated vegetable industry.
It is understood that previously, Zhucheng has cooperated with Jiangnan University to establish a prefabricated Vegetable Research Institute, and established 10 industrial technological innovation strategic alliances such as quick-frozen meat food and standardized ecological laying hens, and successively prepared and revised 25 national and industrial standards such as starch, poultry slaughtering, dairy pork and low-temperature meat products.
