On February 25, Suzhou Xueji Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xueji biotechnology") announced the completion of a pre-A round of financing of RMB 100 million. This round of financing was led by China Merchants Bank International, followed by northern lights venture capital, CDH investment, Sequoia China, country garden venture capital, guanbang capital and Junzilan capital. The old shareholders Weidu investment and Yuanhe holdings continued to increase their holdings.
Xueji biological was established in June 2021. It is a new cell therapy enterprise. Xueji biology said that this round of financing will support Xueji biology to accelerate the development of various pipelines, supplement various types of talents needed, and strive to build GMP level production sites for small-scale and pilot tests in the later stage of products.
