At the same time, the government issued a series of policies and industry standards to increase support for the development of B & B. The hot market and policy support have promoted relevant enterprises to join the bureau one after another.
Implementing the strategy of Rural Revitalization is the general starting point for doing a good job in the work of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers" in the new era. The development of rural tourism is an important force for Rural Revitalization and widens the channels for increasing farmers' income. Rural B & B focuses on personality and experience, emphasizing humanity, nostalgia and comfortable and relaxed experience. The construction of rural B & B is an important aspect of the development of rural tourism. Rural B & B with distinctive characteristics can add a lot of points to the local tourism development, and even become a tourist attraction.
At present, there are about four kinds of rural B & B: sightseeing and vacation type, which combines natural scenic spots or man-made scenic spots with B & B nature; Artistic experience, such as carving, ceiling lamp making and other traditional crafts combined with folk houses; Rural experience, combining agricultural experience projects with accommodation; Retro business type, mostly in ancient towns and old houses, complement each other with the surrounding environment.

At the macro level, national policies and norms escort the high-quality development of rural B & B, which is more conducive to the steady progress of the market, take into account the interests of farmers, tourists, enterprises and other parties, ensure the smooth operation of the market, and enhance the confidence of Chinese tourism, especially rural tourism.
At the meso level, while leading enterprises participate to a greater extent and expand the market cake, they should shoulder social responsibilities and take the development of rural home stay as an opportunity to drive regional economic development, including providing more jobs, improving local living conditions and promoting harmonious ecological construction, so as to promote common prosperity in an all-round and multi angle. At the same time, we should constantly upgrade tourism products to attract a wider range of tourists, so that tourists can "want to come, want to come and come again", establish a long-term emotional connection with tourists with agricultural culture and regional charm, and make rural tourism show a trend of sustainable development.
At the micro level, the practitioners of rural B & B should receive professional training to connect with tourists.
