On February 22, Beijing Spc Environment Protection Tech Co.Ltd(002573) issued an announcement on signing the daily operation contract. The company took the lead in forming a consortium with Guangxi Construction Engineering Group Metallurgical Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Guangxi Construction Engineering Metallurgical Construction”), Jointly signed the general contract of Hongguang energy Qiongzhong jiachai 100MW agriculture, forestry and light complementary photovoltaic power generation project with Hongguang energy (Oriental) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Hongguang energy”), with the total contract price (including tax) of RMB 648 million.
The construction scale of the project is 100MW, and the construction site is located in jiachai farm, Qiongzhong County, Hainan Province. The project is awarded by means of engineering design, procurement and construction (EPC) general contracting, and the contracting scope is Hongguang energy Qiongzhong jiachai 100MW agriculture, forestry and light complementary photovoltaic power generation project.
The grid connected power generation time of the project unit is expected to be before December 5 this year. According to the contract, the Contractor shall complete the grid connection of 40mW photovoltaic power station before October 30, 2022 and complete all on-site installation before December 5, 2022, so as to make it in the state of full capacity grid connection and normal power generation completion.
