SH) announced that the national development and Reform Commission issued the reply on the approval of haizetan coal mine project in the Southern District of Shaanxi Yuheng mining area (fgy [2022] No. 256), approving Shaanxi Yihua Mining Development Co., Ltd. (the company holds 70% of its shares) to build haizetan coal mine project.
The announcement shows that haizetan coal mine is located in Yuheng mining area, Shaanxi Province, with the advantages of large resource reserves, good mining conditions, excellent expected benefits and long mining life. The identified resource of the coal mine is 1144.54 million tons, and the coal types are mainly high-quality power coal and chemical coal, with an average calorific value of more than 6500 kcal.
According to the company’s plan, the construction scale of haizetan coal mine is 6 million tons / year, supporting the construction of coal preparation plants of the same scale, and the total investment of the project is 7.46 billion yuan (excluding the cost of mining rights).
According to preliminary calculation, after the completion of haizetan coal mine, it can realize an annual operating income of about 5 billion yuan, a net profit of about 2 billion yuan and an operating net cash flow of about 2.5 billion yuan, which will provide a solid guarantee for the follow-up development of Wintime Energy Co.Ltd(600157) .
The haizetan coal mine project has been approved by the national development and Reform Commission, marking the successful completion of the project approval and the implementation of coal mine construction conditions. In the follow-up, relevant procedures such as mining license will be handled in accordance with the procedures. Haizetan coal mine project is an important coal source point of Haoji railway, the national North South Coal Transportation Corridor, and an important raw material supply point of coal chemical industry in Northern Shaanxi. It is also a key project of “the 14th five year plan and 2035 vision” and a key coal mine for energy supply in the 14th five year plan in Yulin City, Shaanxi Province. At the same time, it is listed in the key construction projects of Shaanxi Province in 2022.
