The CSRC website previously disclosed that on February 8, 2022, Yang Guofu’s application for IPO full circulation project was accepted. Its underwriter / financial consultant was China Securities Co.Ltd(601066) (International) financing Co., Ltd., the domestic lawyer was Beijing Zhonglun law firm, the overseas lawyer was puheng law firm, and the accountant / audit institution was KPMG.
According to the company’s official website, Yang Guofu spicy hot brand was founded in 2003. At present, Yang Guofu has more than 6000 franchise stores around the world.
