Dr.Peng Telecom&Media Group Co.Ltd(600804) announced that the company’s subsidiary plans to transfer 100% equity of the company’s subsidiary PLDC to meiste, and the basic consideration of this transaction is US $160 million. The unaudited profit and loss of the company is about RMB 17.18 million. This part of the company has made provision for impairment of construction in progress in 2021. Since the company’s plcn submarine cable project has not been opened, this transfer of 100% equity of PLDC aims to dispose of the company’s loss assets and speed up the return of funds.
