On February 21, Jonjee Hi-Tech Industrial And Commercial Holding Co.Ltd(600872) announced that there was a loan contract dispute between Zhongshan Runtian, the controlling shareholder of Jonjee Hi-Tech Industrial And Commercial Holding Co.Ltd(600872) , and Yuecai trust. Shenzhen intermediate people’s Court of Guangdong Province will enforce the 26.55 million non restricted circulating shares of the company held by it according to law, accounting for 3.33% of the total share capital of the company. Zhongshan Runtian said that at present, the company is facing temporary financial difficulties.
