On February 19, Hubei huafuli decoration materials Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dongguan Huali Industries Co.Ltd(603038) (603038), successfully opened its new plant in Huanggang, Hubei Province, marking the official production of the Dongguan Huali Industries Co.Ltd(603038) non-public offering and investment project “Hubei huazhili decoration materials plant project” (phase I).
It is understood that the project is a Dongguan Huali Industries Co.Ltd(603038) 2020 non-public stock raising project with a total investment of 560 million yuan. After reaching the production capacity, the annual output of decorative panels is 190000 cubic meters and profiled decorative materials is 6000 tons. The first phase of the project will focus on expanding the large-scale production capacity of Dongguan Huali Industries Co.Ltd(603038) decorative panels and breaking through the restrictions of a single product structure on the development of listed companies.
