On February 20, Seazen Holdings Co.Ltd(601155) (hereinafter referred to as " Seazen Holdings Co.Ltd(601155) ") announced that it had completed the redemption of some overseas US dollar bonds, with an amount of about US $160 million.
According to the announcement, Seazen Holdings Co.Ltd(601155) overseas subsidiary new metro Global Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Metro global") completed the overseas issuance of unsecured fixed rate bonds with a total amount of US $200 million on June 20, 2018, Seazen Holdings Co.Ltd(601155) provided unconditional and irrevocable joint and several liability guarantee.
The announcement shows that during the reporting period of bond redemption, investors reported about US $160 million of US dollar bonds in total, Seazen Holdings Co.Ltd(601155) paid the principal and accrued unpaid interest according to the original price of the bond on February 18, 2022, and cancelled the redeemed us dollar bonds on the same day in accordance with relevant regulations and bond terms. Up to now, the remaining principal of this US dollar bond is US $40.492 million, and Seazen Holdings Co.Ltd(601155) will be due to repay the principal and interest on March 20, 2022.
Seazen Holdings Co.Ltd(601155) said that in order to promote the long-term and stable development of the company, based on the confidence in its own value and future development, and in combination with the current actual operation and financial situation, Xincheng global redeemed the above US dollar bonds in advance and cancelled them.
