On February 18, Hangzhou Oxygen Plant Group Co.Ltd(002430) announced that the company and Guangxi Shenglong agreed to transfer two sets of 60000 m/ H air separation equipment is under construction, and Guangxi Hangyang is responsible for the later construction and operation management of the project. After the project is put into operation, it provides gas products required for production for Guangxi Shenglong, with a total investment of 636 million yuan.
According to the announcement, Guangxi hang Yang has signed the contract transfer agreement for two 60000 m? / h air separation projects and the gas supply contract with Guangxi Shenglong. It is agreed that the duration of the gas supply contract is 15 years, the first set of air separation equipment is planned to be put into operation in May 2022, and the second set of air separation equipment is planned to be put into operation in June 2022.
