According to Greenland Holdings Corporation Limited(600606) , on February 16, Greenland Holdings Corporation Limited(600606) held the first extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2022. The meeting elected 11 directors to form the 10th board of directors of the company. Zhang Yuliang, Zhang Yun, Geng Jing, Xu Sunqing, Zeng Wenhui, Hu Xin and Liu Yanping are non independent directors, and Guan Yimin, Qiao Yide, Wang Kaiguo and Zhang Jun are independent directors. At the same time, the meeting elected Yang Lvbo, Chen Huawei’s supervisors and Wang shuoyu, the democratically elected employee supervisor, to jointly form the 10th board of supervisors of the company.
On the same day, Greenland Holdings Corporation Limited(600606) the 10th board of directors held its first meeting and elected Zhang Yuliang as the chairman of the company and Xu Sunqing and Hu Xin as the vice chairmen of the company; Zhang Yuliang was appointed as the president of the company, Zhang Yun, Chen Jun and Geng Jing as the executive president, and Wang Xiaodong as the Secretary of the board of directors. The 10th board of supervisors also held its first meeting and elected Wang shuoyu as the chairman of the board of supervisors of the company.
