On February 15, Zhejiang Semir Garment Co.Ltd(002563) announced that Qiu Guanghe, the controlling shareholder of the company, transferred 2.6941 million shares of the company’s shares to Zhong Deda in block trading on February 14, accounting for 0.1% of the total share capital of the company; Transfer 2.6941 million shares of the company held by Zhang Hongliang, accounting for 0.1% of the total share capital of the company. Zhejiang Semir Garment Co.Ltd(002563) said that Zhong Deda and Zhang Hongliang, deputy general managers, decided to buy and hold Zhejiang Semir Garment Co.Ltd(002563) shares for a long time based on their confidence in the future development prospects of the company and their reasonable judgment on the current stock value.
