The reporter learned from the conference that in order to speed up the improvement of the quality of life in the University City and Science City, the high tech Zone will build two five-star hotels, three general hospitals, as well as a number of commercial, sports, markets, parking lots and other projects this year. In terms of improving the supporting functions, the high tech Zone will comprehensively promote the construction and preliminary work of 50 roads this year, and fully open the primary and secondary road networks around Haixi Park, Liangyuan Park and university city. At the same time, we will promote 12 water conservancy and 10 water supply and drainage projects, and strengthen flood control and drainage and the treatment of sewage, muck and garbage. In order to let the people “settle in the garden and live in the city”, the high tech Zone has taken out the best lots to build resettlement houses. At present, 14 have been built, up to 1.5 million square meters. This year, 13 will be started, including 7 new ones, up to 800000 square meters. In terms of park landscape construction, it is planned to upgrade and transform 20 places this year, about 450000 square meters.
