It is reported that the original scheme of the linhuai Road Hospital area project of the second people’s Hospital of Anhui Province has been approved in March 2019. In June 2021, Anhui Second People’s Hospital and Shanghai Renji Hospital signed a strategic cooperation agreement on “party building leads the high-quality development of the hospital”, which will jointly build a National Regional Medical Center – Anhui Digestive Disease Hospital Affiliated to Renji Hospital of Medical College of Shanghai Jiaotong University, with the medical business complex building in linhuai Road Hospital as the carrier.
In order to further promote the construction of the hospital, according to the construction standard of national regional medical center, Anhui Second People’s Hospital applied to adjust the construction scale of the comprehensive building from the original approved total construction area of 28000 square meters, 200 beds and 8 floors above the ground to 33000 square meters, 400 beds and 11 floors above the ground. At the same time, there will be Shaanxi Construction Machinery Co.Ltd(600984) three-dimensional parking facilities (282 motor vehicle parking spaces and 705 non motor vehicle parking spaces). At present, the program has started pre approval publicity.
