As the center of Northeast Asia, the three northeastern provinces are an important window for China to open to the north. Liaoning proposes to coordinate the construction of investment, trade, channels and platforms, and accelerate the construction of the hub of Northeast Asia economic and trade cooperation center. Support Dalian port to build an international hub port, support Shenyang to establish a China Europe train assembly center, promote sea rail air multimodal transport, build a sea land corridor, and provide more convenient, fast and efficient services for Chinese goods and goods from Japan and South Korea to Europe and other countries and regions through Liaoning. The number of China Europe trains increased by more than 10%. Deeply participate in the construction of China Mongolia Russia economic corridor and steadily promote the “going out” of enterprises. For example, strengthening the function of channel hub, expanding foreign economic and trade cooperation, system integration and promoting reform are one of the main ways to activate the development power of Gansu Province.
