Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic Games adheres to the road of green, low-carbon and sustainable development. The traffic security services in Zhangjiakou competition area will be provided by environmentally friendly and energy-saving hydrogen energy vehicles, with more than 600 hydrogen fuel cell vehicles to provide transportation security services for the competition.
The reporter walked into the hydrogenation station in the prince city service area located in Zhangjiakou competition area. The hydrogenation station is located in the east of the Chongli Prince city service area of Jingli expressway. In the north is the prince City closing station of Jingli expressway. After walking through the tunnel opposite the hydrogenation station, we arrived at the platform jumping competition venue in Zhangjiakou competition area of the Winter Olympic Games.
In the hydrogenation station, many vehicles drove in slowly, and many hydrogenation guns were busy all the time. Although one vehicle enters the site only after the hydrogenation of another vehicle, the hydrogenation speed is very fast. Vehicles with Winter Olympic logo enter and exit in an orderly manner, and drivers and staff have no contact service throughout the whole process.
Li Xiaodong, Party branch secretary and manager of Chongli area of Zhangjiakou sales branch, said that the hydrogenation station in Prince city service area is the first hydrogenation station of Petrochina Company Limited(601857) . The designed filling capacity is 1000kg / 12h, and the maximum filling capacity is about 2 tons of hydrogen fuel per day. It can fill four hydrogen energy buses at the same time. The filling time of each bus is about 8 minutes. Since the start of the Winter Olympic Games, the refueling capacity of the hydrogenation station has been between 1.7-2 tons per day, and 150-200 vehicles are hydrogenated every day. It is the hydrogenation station with the largest hydrogen energy and the heaviest task at present.
The hydrogenation station in taizicheng service area adopts zoning layout, with hydrogenation area, hydrogen storage tank area and process unit area, which has four characteristics: scientific zoning layout, high design standard, high safety standard and high degree of automation. Since the local minimum temperature in winter can reach minus 20 ℃, the main equipment and parts of the hydrogenation station are made of special materials, and the design working environment temperature is as low as minus 40 ℃, so as to ensure that the hydrogenation task can be completed no matter what extreme weather occurs.
At present, the hydrogenation station has 11 staff, all of whom are strictly selected from Hebei Province and have obtained the hydrogenation operation certificate, Li Xiaodong said: “the hydrogenation station in the prince city service area implements the equipment upgrading and testing of contactless hydrogenation. We have also formulated the relevant processes of contactless hydrogenation to ensure the smooth progress of all processes and strictly abide by the bottom line of zero epidemic situation. I have confidence and responsibility to complete the hydrogenation task. I have me in front of difficulties, and we have no difficulties in front of us.”
