The information and Electronic Engineering Department of the Chinese Academy of engineering and the China information and Electronic Engineering Science and Technology Development Strategy Research Center released the 13th challenge of China’s Electronic Information Engineering Science and technology development (2022) in Beijing on the afternoon of the 15th, aiming to promote and guide the high-quality development of China’s electronic Information Engineering Science and technology.
These thirteen challenges include information field, microelectronics and optoelectronics, optical engineering, measurement and instrumentation, network and communication, network security, underwater acoustic engineering, electromagnetic field and electromagnetic environmental effects, control, cognition, computer systems and software, computer application, and coping with major emergencies.
Among them, in terms of network security, how to deal with the lack of massive stock threat governance and effective protection, the weakening of network security boundary, and how to build threat portrait, threat intelligence operation mechanism and security knowledge system; How to deal with the “unknown unknown” attack in the dynamic environment, how to build the timing defense form of threat perception, how to create a new mode of integration of computing and protection, and form a parallel dual structure of operation and defense; How to implement risk management and quantitative evaluation means to support network security insurance; How to solve the contradiction between data security and privacy protection and data flow, development and utilization is the main challenge in this field.
In response to major emergencies, how to establish an information-based decision-making system for major emergencies at the national, provincial and municipal levels (such as covid-19 pneumonia outbreak, severe rainstorm disaster, etc.); How to integrate the data resources and scientific and technological forces of relevant departments, establish a big data comprehensive platform for major emergencies, form early warning ability and rapid response ability, and minimize disaster losses are important challenges to deal with major emergencies and improve the country’s comprehensive management ability.
Academician Chen zuoling, vice president of the Chinese Academy of engineering, said in his speech that under the background that global scientific and technological innovation has entered an intensive and active period, and information and electronic engineering technology has become the most active, widely used and radiating technology field in the world, timely grasping the research progress, development trend and challenges in the field of electronic information is of great significance to China’s construction of a scientific and technological power It is of great significance to realize high-level scientific and technological self-reliance and self-improvement, strengthen and optimize, and expand the digital economy.
It is understood that the information and Electronic Engineering Department of the Chinese Academy of engineering has carried out a series of research work on the scientific and technological development of China’s electronic information engineering since 2014. In November 2015, China information and Electronic Engineering Science and Technology Development Strategy Research Center was jointly established to carry out this research work. Since 2018, the project has completed a series of research achievements such as comprehensive articles, special articles and special brochures of research on the development of science and technology of China’s electronic information engineering, and on this basis, condensed the development trend and challenges of China’s Electronic Information Engineering Science and technology, so as to provide reference for Chinese scientific and technological personnel to accurately grasp the development trend of electronic information field, Provide support for China to formulate the development strategy of electronic information technology.
