According to media reports, on February 14, China Merchants Bank Co.Ltd(600036) and Grandjoy Holdings Group Co.Ltd(000031) signed a strategic cooperation agreement on real estate M & A financing. In the framework agreement, China Merchants Bank Co.Ltd(600036) will give priority to providing Grandjoy Holdings Group Co.Ltd(000031) with comprehensive financial services related to real estate M & A, with a special financing amount of 10 billion yuan.
