Since the implementation of RCEP, Daqing customs has issued 20 RCEP certificates of origin for us, with a visa amount of 7 million yuan. It is estimated that we can enjoy tariff concessions of about 800000 yuan throughout the year.”

The members of the regional comprehensive economic partnership agreement (RCEP) include China, 10 ASEAN countries, Japan, South Korea, Australia and New Zealand. On January 1, 2022, RCEP officially came into force. The approved members will implement tax reduction according to the provisions of the agreement, and more than 90% of the trade in goods in the region will eventually achieve zero tariff.

According to the relevant person in charge of Harbin customs, Harbin customs will strengthen policy publicity and provide accurate guidance to key enterprises by industry, so as to make RCEP better benefit Heilongjiang enterprises.
