The largest urban renewal fund received Guotai Junan Securities Co.Ltd(601211) innovation investment as the fund manager

Shanghai urban renewal guidance Private Equity Fund recently completed the registration and filing, with a scale of 10.002 billion yuan. In order to accelerate the transformation of old areas, Shanghai launched the largest (80 billion) urban renewal fund in China in June 2021. The fund adopts the model of "guidance fund + project carrier", of which the scale of guidance fund is 10 billion. Shanghai urban renewal fund is managed by Guotai Junan Securities Co.Ltd(601211) innovation investment and serves as the executive partner together with the subsidiaries of Shanghai real estate group. It is reported that Shanghai plans to fully complete the transformation of the central urban area below the secondary old lane within 2022.
