(II) the reporting enterprise must promise that all specifications and models of the selected products meet the procurement needs of the alliance region within the procurement cycle, maintain the continuity of the accompanying service supply before and after the volume linkage procurement, and agree that the relevant credit commitments can be made public according to the work needs.
(3) the applicant enterprise shall abide by the patent law of the people’s Republic of China, the Anti Unfair Competition Law of the people’s Republic of China and other relevant laws and regulations.
(IV) the applicant enterprise has not been included in the current national warning list of risks of pharmaceutical prices and dishonest enterprises in bidding and purchasing.
(5) products with the same medical device registration certificate shall not be declared by different enterprises.

IX. other requirements
(I) incidental services.
