Only patents that meet the classification number of technical field can enter the rapid examination channel of the State Intellectual Property Office, The examination cycle of invention patent can be shortened from the original 20 months to about 3 months, the examination cycle of utility model can be shortened from the original 9 months to less than 15 days, and the examination cycle of design can be shortened from the original 8 months to less than 7 days. Opening the “green channel” of patent examination will greatly shorten the cycle of patent authorization, confirmation and protection in relevant fields.
