On February 7, Shanghai Weaver Network Co.Ltd(603039) issued an announcement on the capital increase of the wholly-owned subsidiary for the construction of Chengdu R & D building.

According to the company’s business development objectives and needs, in order to meet the increasing application needs of collaborative office OA software and further promote the construction of the company’s Chengdu R & D center, the 13th meeting of the 4th board of directors and the 13th meeting of the 4th board of supervisors deliberated and adopted the proposal on increasing capital of wholly-owned subsidiaries for the construction of Chengdu R & D building, It is agreed that the company will increase the capital of Chengdu Shanghai Weaver Network Co.Ltd(603039) Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Chengdu fanwei”) with its own capital of 150 million yuan. After the capital increase, the registered capital of Chengdu fanwei will increase from 100 million yuan to 250 million yuan, which is still a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.

It is reported that the capital increase object has obtained the land use right of plot ii-20 of Chengdu Xinchuan innovation and Technology Park, with a total area of 5151 square meters. The capital increase of 150 million yuan is mainly used for the construction of the company’s R & D building at the above land location.
