However, the artistic modeling further compresses the internal space of the torch and increases the difficulty of torch design, processing and manufacturing. The "high appearance" of the main torch needs excellent technical support. It is necessary to show the lightness of the torch and realize the stability of the overall structure.

The design and production team tested a variety of 3D printing materials, optimized the internal structure of the torch, systematically verified and improved the printing process, and finally successfully prepared a hydrogen torch and its combustion system that fully met the requirements to ensure the reliability of torch combustion.
In order to ensure the appearance quality and combustion effect of the flare, in addition to the dimensional accuracy requirements, it is also necessary to ensure that the internal density of the 3D printing flare is close to 100%. Therefore, Harbin Institute of technology and Hart 3D technology team optimized 3D printing equipment and process, further improved printing efficiency and internal quality, and fully met all requirements of torch production.
