The ship arrived in Qingdao from vale of Brazil, loaded with 390000 tons of Gaspar coarse powder.
Liu Wendong said that in this centralized unloading, science and technology enabled to ensure the further improvement of efficiency, and successively created a number of production records, such as single machine efficiency of 2286 tons per hour and average daily train loading of 1095 vehicles. At the same time, the automation of the world’s largest ship unloader has been upgraded, and the grasping efficiency is basically consistent with the manual efficiency, greatly reducing the operation intensity of workers.
Liu Wendong said that this is the first time that Shandong Port Qingdao Port International Co.Ltd(601298) berths so many 400000 ton ships at one time, which also tests the capacity of the storage yard. At present, Qingdao Port International Co.Ltd(601298) Dongjiakou Ore Wharf Co., Ltd. has the largest ore yard in China, with an area of more than 3 million square meters. In the process of stacking, the manual intervention rate is basically zero, reaching 100% automatic operation in the whole process; During the reclaiming process, the target flow and other necessary parameters shall be revised at any time to achieve more than 90% automatic operation in the whole process.
