The Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic Games opened on the evening of the 4th. This made Taiwan youth Zhang Liqi feel cordial.
At first, he studied for a doctor in Peking University and skated on Weiming Lake in Peking University every year. “I loved roller skating since I was a child in Taiwan. When I came to Beijing, I quickly learned to skate with ice skates.” Now, Zhang Liqi, who lives in Xiamen, believes that ice and snow sports will be further popularized after the Winter Olympics.
This year, due to the epidemic and other reasons, Zhang Liqi and many other Taiwan compatriots did not return to Taiwan, but stayed in the mainland for the Chinese New Year.
It rained for many days in Fujian this Spring Festival, disrupting Zhang Liqi’s plan of “treading on waves” by the sea. He is not far away from home in Xiamen and Taiwan.
When Zhang Liqi used to study at Kinmen University, he especially liked to see Xiamen at the seaside of Kinmen in the evening. In 2020, he became a postdoctoral in the school of international relations of Huaqiao University and settled in Xiamen, “going out of the house for more than 10 minutes to the seaside”.
Across a strait, he found that the customs of Fujian and Taiwan were so similar. Send the kitchen god years ago, paste Spring Festival couplets on New Year’s Eve, put sugarcane symbolizing “rising day by day” at the door, and the streets are echoed with Fujian new year’s songs.
Xiamen, a warm city, gradually made Zhang Liqi feel settled down and settled down. Last year, in addition to the work of overseas Chinese University, he also cooperated with his friends to set up two companies, one mainly for think tanks and media, and the other mainly for design. “Try it and see, the results are very good”.
Before the Chinese new year, he organized the company’s small partners to hold a “tail teeth” dinner for the first time. Everyone’s performance and lottery are very lively. “It feels like life has taken another step.” He said.
On the first day of the lunar new year, Zhang Liqi talked with his family in Taiwan on the phone and sent videos. He sent wechat red envelopes to the newly born children in his family and told his grandmother, father, aunt and uncle that he was “very hopeful” to live in Xiamen and looked forward to the early recovery of the “mini three links”.
“2022, my first spring festival in Fuzhou.” Zeng Zhiying, a planning designer in Taiwan and general manager of Fujian orange Xiang cultural tourism, wrote down an unforgettable pen in the wechat circle of friends.
She and her colleagues who came to Fuzhou from Taiwan to work together went to the supermarket to choose seafood. On New Year’s Eve, she brought out a “luxury meal” of 12 dishes and one soup. The strong flavor of Fuzhou filled Zeng Zhiying with joy.
Over the years, Zeng Zhiying has been committed to promoting the team of young architects in Taiwan to participate in rural construction and innovation in Fujian. Last year, she was most pleased that the Fujian Young Architects Association, which served as the Secretary General of Taiwan, officially launched the “Strait Township Innovation Award”. She hopes that the rural innovation teams on both sides of the Strait can have a deeper understanding and exchange, and Taiwan professionals can find a bigger stage in Fujian.
After Zeng Zhiying came to the mainland, she took root in the mountain village. The first project she participated in was the reconstruction of Meicheng imprinted historical and cultural block in Minqing County, Fuzhou. On New Year’s Eve, she specially sent pictures of new year’s Eve dinner to Minqing friends to express her blessing for the year of the tiger.
In 2021, due to the needs of the project, Zeng Zhiying recruited local partners in Fuzhou to work together and keep running in and adapting to each other. She believes that in-depth integration is to experience the “beating” of life together. “Only through understanding, understanding and acceptance can cross-strait partners obtain the most far-reaching feelings”.
In Sanming Taining, Taiwan architectural planner Zhang Xinyi led the team to work on the development planning of beautiful villages. Claiming to be a “Fujian farmer”, she shared the harvest and experience of the past year at the exchange salon on rural construction and innovation cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan held before the new year.
This Spring Festival, Zhang Xinyi left Fujian for Yunnan Tourism Co.Ltd(002059) . Turning to the vision of 2022, she told reporters through wechat that every step of the team in the countryside is the result of joint cooperation with villagers and local cadres. Rural sustainable development and industrial activation are the common issues faced by rural construction people. She expects that “all tigers will work together in 2022 and continue to explore new ways of development in rural construction”.
