Glenn Exchange announced on February 3 that ASM Pacific (00522. HK) had previously disclosed that the company signed an agreement with mycronic and AEI on ASM USA (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) on October 11, 2021. Accordingly, ASM USA agreed to acquire all the issued shares of AEI from mycronic.
The board of directors is pleased to announce that the transaction completion conditions set out in the agreement have been reached and the transaction will be completed on February 1, 2022.
