In terms of improving the level of mass ice and snow sports, we will focus on the development of sports level evaluation specifications for four projects such as ice hockey and speed skating, as well as training specifications for mass alpine skiing and curling, so as to provide technical basis for scientific evaluation of mass sports level, improve the ice and snow talent training system and consolidate the reserve of competitive sports talents.

In terms of unifying the terminology of ice and snow sports, we will focus on skating and skiing, establish a unified conceptual system covering venue equipment, personnel and competition rules, build a platform for subsequent international exchanges and cooperation of ice and snow sports, and promote the wide dissemination of China’s ice and snow culture.

This batch of standards was proposed by the national sports Standardization Technical Committee organized by the General Administration of sports, and jointly drafted by Heilongjiang Provincial Sports Bureau, Heilongjiang ice and snow sports vocational college and other units.
