The whole charging station forms an intelligent charging network, which can realize real-time monitoring of operation data such as voltage, current and temperature, and create a new power system with new energy as the main body.
P6 charging station realizes the charging of new energy vehicles with new energy. The project adopts the photovoltaic power generation strategy of self use and surplus power on the Internet. The DC power generated by photovoltaic is converted into AC power and transmitted to the box transformer of the charging pile. The box transformer supplies stable electric energy to the charging pile, supports the fast charging mode with a maximum power of 180kW, and gives priority to using the photovoltaic system with zero carbon emission to charge the vehicles. The total installed capacity of the photovoltaic shed is 289kw, and 636 450 WP photovoltaic modules, which are currently the mainstream in the industry, are laid. The power generation of the photovoltaic shed is directly used as the supplementary power for the charging pile. It is estimated that 350000 vehicles can be charged every year, and the charging capacity is expected to be 8.4 million kwh, of which the theoretical power generation of photovoltaic power generation is 340000 kwh / year, which is equivalent to saving about 118.56 tons of standard coal every year, It is expected to reduce the emission of carbon dioxide by about 308.33 tons, sulfur dioxide by about 2.85 tons and nitrogen oxides by about 0.83 tons every year. In addition, it can also reduce the emission of dust, smoke and cinder by about 30.83 tons.
The charging equipment of P6 charging station has added two layers of "equipment + data" safety protection technology, covering the vehicle end side and charging side in an all-round way, which can diagnose and detect 12 battery safety hazards in real time, comprehensively review the battery height, temperature difference, temperature rise, differential pressure, internal resistance, capacity, consistency, leakage current, accurately warn the battery failure and deeply detect the "health state" of the vehicle. The scene is also equipped with a camera with fireworks detection function. The whole charging process can monitor, warn, control and trace the hidden dangers of vehicle safety.
