Country Garden: the 7.125% senior notes and interest due in 2022 have been fully repaid

Country garden announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on January 27 that the 7.125% senior notes issued by country garden and listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange Co., Ltd. with a total principal of US $425 million and due in 2022 will expire on January 27, 2022. The board of directors of the company announced that as of the date of this announcement, the amount of outstanding notes and accrued interest had been fully repaid. After the repayment, there are no outstanding notes, and the notes will be cancelled and delisted from the listing list of the Singapore Stock Exchange Limited.
