On January 26th Goody Science & Technology Co.Ltd(002694) (002694, SZ) proposed to apply to the court for bankruptcy liquidation of the wholly-owned subsidiary Alxa League dream automobile Cultural Tourism Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “dream automobile cultural tourism”). The announcement shows that there are still 287 million yuan of loans from Mengqi wenlv that have not been returned to the listed company.
It is understood that Mengqi wenlv was established in 2017. As of December 31, 2021, the total unaudited assets of Mengqi wenlv are 706 million yuan, the total liabilities are 1.302 billion yuan, the net assets are – 596 million yuan, and the undistributed profit is – 691 million yuan, which has been seriously insolvent.
The listed company said that the bankruptcy liquidation of Mengqi wenlv will not affect the company’s existing main business and is not expected to have a significant impact on the company’s continuous operation.
