In terms of policies, relevant “green gift bags” have also been intensively introduced. On January 24, the State Council issued the comprehensive work plan for energy conservation and emission reduction in the 14th five year plan (hereinafter referred to as the plan), proposing that by 2025, the sales of new energy vehicles will reach about 20% of the total sales of new vehicles. The plan also mentioned that the proportion of new energy vehicles used by urban public transport, leasing, logistics, sanitation and cleaning vehicles should be increased. We will fully implement the national six emission standards for automobiles and the national four emission standards for non road mobile diesel machinery, and basically eliminate vehicles with national three and below emission standards. At the same time, it is proposed to optimize and improve the dual control system of energy consumption, improve the total pollutant emission control system, resolutely curb the blind development of high energy consumption and high emission projects, and deeply carry out the action of creating a green life.
