The company’s estimate of the amount of daily related party transactions in 2022 is in line with the company’s business development and actual business needs. The related party transactions follow the principles of fairness, impartiality and openness. The pricing basis is fair and reasonable, which is in line with the interests of the company and all shareholders, does not affect the independence of the company, and there are no acts and situations that infringe on the interests of the company and minority shareholders, Comply with the provisions of the company law, securities law and other relevant laws and regulations and the articles of association. We agreed to submit the matter to the 21st Meeting of the 5th board of directors of the company for deliberation.
