Beijing Compass Technology Development Co.Ltd(300803) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) held the 22nd Meeting of the 12th board of directors on January 24, 2022. The meeting deliberated and adopted the proposal on the company’s application for comprehensive credit line from the bank. Now the relevant information of the proposal is announced as follows:
1、 Overview of comprehensive credit
The company plans to apply to Hua Xia Bank Co.Limited(600015) Beijing Branch for a comprehensive credit line with a total amount of no more than 200 million yuan for but not limited to working capital loans and other businesses, with a credit term of 1 year.
The comprehensive credit applied for this time is in the form of credit guarantee, and the company does not need to provide mortgage guarantee. This matter is within the approval authority of the board of directors of the company and does not need to be submitted to the general meeting of shareholders for deliberation.
The total credit line mentioned above is not equal to the actual financing amount of the company. After obtaining the credit, the company will handle financing matters within the scope of the credit line according to the actual business needs.
The board of directors authorizes Mr. Zheng Yong, the director and chief financial officer of the company, to be responsible for applying for bank credit and subsequent financing after the relevant proposals are deliberated and approved by the board of directors. The authorization is valid from the date of deliberation and approval by the board of directors to the date of expiration of the credit period.
