2. What is the company’s online game plan and product reserve in 2022?
In 2022, the company will start a new year of products, with rich product reserves both in China and overseas. Including the classic novel adaptation of the game of the same name “Qing Nian”, the self-developed genuine legendary IP mobile game new work “legendary world”, etc. In addition, Diandian interactive also has a large number of self-developed games planned to be launched overseas, and the product types include but are not limited to strategies, cards, leisure, games and other types.
In addition, the company is also developing mobile game products based on some well-known IP, including the genuine mobile game of the animation series “JOJO’s wonderful adventure”, the legend of the ancient dragon Heroes (to be determined), famine: a new home and other new products covering multiple categories.
3. What is the company’s current cooperation with Tencent?
Tencent is not only the shareholder of the company, but also our important business partner. The two sides will continue to maintain a good momentum of cooperation.
4. What are the company’s plans for the future after the outcome of the legendary IP dispute?
The supreme law’s decision defines our control over legendary IP. We will actively manage and enrich the ecology of IP and build a viable environment; On the other hand, it will also strengthen rights protection and promote the compliance and legalization of the legendary IP market. At the same time, we will also actively establish the influence of legendary IP for younger people and continue to innovate to ensure that legends continue to span different age groups.
Specifically, the final judgment of the Supreme Court has a positive impact on the company’s current or future profits. The company is expected to hold and operate legend IP in the Chinese market more stably and for a long time in the future. We also plan to further expand the proportion of official clothing market and improve the integrated authorization market.
